Pierre and team came recommended from Cranleigh Bathroom Studios, who came recommended from a friend and didn't disappoint. Ultimately we now have the bathroom we dreamed of and it feels luxurious every time we use it. Pierre was great at finding solutions to the inevitable challenges thrown up during the process and I didn't feel like I had to worry about anything. He and the rest of the team (Danny, Jamie and Chris) were all cheerful and helpful and Herbert's wet room installation and tiling was the icing on the cake.

I cannot recommend Pierre and his team (especially Danny) highly enough. From the outset Pierre has been thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Communication has been excellent, which from past experience is not a given when dealing with builders. The work was completed on time and to a high quality. Danny's commitment was 100% and he was always happy to discuss how the job was progressing and answer any queries I had. Overall, an excellent customer experience.
