When we get to the architectural drawings and costings stage, we’ll have a good idea of what the entire project is going to cost as many budget decisions will already have been made.

At this point, we will also have a scale drawing which will serve as a guide for the construction of your build – these are based on the concept plans. This is where we’ll provide you with a detailed quote and contract based on the exact specifications of your renovation. Now we implement your brainchild.
